Stuffed tomatoes

  • 4 round tomatoes
  • 250 grams of Boriati’s mozzarella
  • Basil pesto
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil
Empty the tomatoes and salt. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and stuff the tomatoes. Serve on a bed of basil pesto.
